The Simply Delectable Cooking School presents fabulous, hands-on cooking classes for kids aged 11 and up this winter holiday. The kids learn a range of cooking and baking skills under the expert tuition of Chef Christine in these fun, informative classes and enjoy a social lunch together sampling their culinary creations.
Printed recipes are also supplied so that the little chefs can wow their families by making the dishes taught in class, at home. Different dishes are made over three days. On 1 July, the kids are tasked with making 'Quick ‘n Delicious Pizza + Daisy Biscuits'. On 3 July, they prepare a 'Best Burger (chicken/beef) + Crispy Choc Clusters,' and the menu on 5 July features 'Creamy Chicken Pasta + Delicious Doughnuts.'
The classes cover a variety of skills, including measuring of ingredients, baking terminology, tips for successful baking, kitchen safety, table setting, and much more. All ingredients are supplied.
