The Fire Long Table

What’s The Fire Long Table all about?

This dining experience is finely curated to build an understanding of the farm’s ethos while elevating your senses in a setting of natural wonder. At The Fire Long Table, diners feast on organic produce harvested right at the farm to bring out the best of each ingredient. The menu is mostly prepared on open fire which connects with the heritage roots of the Cradle of Humankind.

Guests are seated at long tables where there’s an opportunity to connect and chat with new people whilst enjoying a multi-course ‘farm to table’ meal. Wines are paired by Victor Okolo, an award-winning sommelier from Cape Town.
