The Melrose Gallery is a modern contemporary art space. It showcases works by some of South Africa’s most respected and up and coming talents, as well as a few artists from other African countries. The stable includes a wide range of artworks across different mediums including painting, sculptures, photography, limited edition prints and ceramics amongst others.
Due to its location in the upmarket Melrose Arch precinct, the gallery often hosts exhibitions that flow from the gallery into the public spaces throughout this popular precinct with large sculptural works, performance art, exhibitions and installations.
